Kladruby is a municipality and village in Strakonice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 100 inhabitants.

Kladruby lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) west of Strakonice, 63 km (39 mi) north-west of České Budějovice, and 103 km (64 mi) south-west of Prague.
