Paul Levi (11 Maret 1883 – 9 Februari 1930) adalah seorang pemimpin politik Komunis dan Sosial Demokrat asal Jerman. Dia adalah pemimpin Partai Komunis Jerman setelah pembunuhan Rosa Luxemburg dan Karl Liebknecht pada tahun 1919.Setelah dikeluarkan karena secara terbuka mengkritik taktik Partai Komunis selama Aksi Maret, ia membentuk Communist Working Organisation (KAG / Kommunistische Arbeitsgemeinschaft) yang pada tahun 1922 bergabung dengan Partai Sosial Demokrat Independen. Partai ini, pada gilirannya, bergabung dengan Partai Sosial Demokrat beberapa bulan kemudian dan Levi menjadi salah satu pemimpin sayap kirinya.^{[1] [2]}
