William A. Berke (3 Oktober 1903 – 15 Februari 1958) adalah seorang sutradara, produser, pemeran dan penulis naskah Amerika Serikat.[1] Ia menyutradarai sekitar 90 film antara 1934 dan 1958. Ia juga memproduksi sekitar 80 film antara 1933 dan 1958. Ia lahir di Milwaukee dan meninggal di Los Angeles.
