Fosfoglukomutaza (EC 5.4.2.2, glukozna fosfomutaza, fosfoglukozna mutaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom alfa-D-glukoza 1,6-fosfomutaza.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

alfa-D-glukoza 1-fosfat {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } D-glukoza 6-fosfat

Maksimalna aktivnost se ostvaruje u prisustvu alfa-D-glukoza 1,6-bisfosfata.
