Brynzové halušky

Bryndzové Halušky (på svenska: Kroppkakor med bryndzafårost och bacon, engelska: Potato dumplings with bryndza sheep cheese and bacon^[1]) är en av Slovakiens nationalrätter.^[2]^[3] Rätten består av Halušky^[1] (kokta potatisdegbitar liknande gnocchi^[1]^[2]^[3] och bryndza^[1] (en mjuk fårost^[4]), emellanåt bestrött med bitar av rökt fläskfett eller bacon.^[1]^[2]^[3] Žinčica dricks enligt traditionen till rätten.^[2] Det finns en årlig Bryndzové Halušky-festival i Turecká som innehåller en ättävling.^[5]^[6]
