Olympia Dukakis (d. 20 Haziran 1931- ö. 1 Mayıs 2021), Oscar, BAFTA ve Altın Küre sahibi, Yunan asıllı Amerikalı oyuncudur.
Dukakis 1931 yılında Lowell, Massachusetts'de, Alexandra (evlenmeden önce Christos) ve Constantine S. Dukakis'in kızı olarak doğdu. Ailesi Yunan göçmenidir. Babası Anadolu, annesi Mora asıllıdır.[1][2] Dukakis, 1 Mayıs 2021'de Manhattan, New York'ta kaldığı bir huzur evinde 89 yaşında öldü.[3][4]
